How are payments made?
For purchases outside the Fredericton area we require a certified cheque or bank draft prior to shipping any artwork.


Is shipping included in the quoted price?
No. Artwork will be shipped collect to the purchaser by the most appropriate courier with insurance. For less valuable works this would typically be by bus, Fed Ex or Purolator. Higher priced work would be sent Air Canada Cargo.


What is the return policy once a painting or print has been shipped?
The purchaser will confirm receipt and has one week to return the item if it does not meet expectations. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping and insurance. The purchaser’s certified cheque or bank draft will be returned upon receipt of the artwork by the vendor.


Is GST/HST paid if the work is being shipped outside New Brunswick?
Only GST (5%) is charged on work being shipped outside New Brunswick.


How accurately do the online photos portray the original art?
Online images have been reviewed to reflect the original art as accurately as possible. However, there may be some slight variation due to differences in computer monitors.
 

Are the prices quoted for framed or unframed work?
We can quote a framed or unframed price, but works on paper (watercolours and prints) which require shipping are sold unframed to avoid the risk of glass breakage during shipment.
